Line segments. Sometimes rotated. 180o/(number of bits) because a line segment that is rotated 180o is the same as the one started with. Sometime the segments are crossed. Six bits: there vertical and three horizontal. And see: new characters are born.

12 bits rotating lines, shuffled (nr. 08-01)
  • 12 bits so 212 = 4024 “stars”
  • So 4096 x (on average) 6 = 24.576 lines!
  • Plotted on CANSON® XL® Bristol Bristolpaper A4.
  • Black, pigmented fine liner.
  • Shuffled. No “star” is the same.
